Getting Home Loan Approval:

Before beginning to look for that new Home,
   save time and frustration by:
           1) Visiting a Lending Institution
          2) Determine: How much can you borrow for a Home
          3) Get a Loan "approval" letter from your lender

The only contingencies that should be on your approval letter are:
           1)  appraisal of the house
           2) clear title

Your Loan Officer will help to determine if there may be issues in your Credit Report that should be repaired before applying for that Home Loan.  Many people find at the last minute that they have credit issues that result in a lower credit rating and the ability to borrow less than they had expected.
